I think you want to find a happy medium as an aspiring PUA. If you are not getting laid regularly/withhold masterbating, it may lower your standards or make you more inclined to approach, but, if you have big googly eyes and drooling like a sex starved teenager, you aren't going to get very far if you reek of desperation.
If you decide to punch the clown right before you head out for the night, and then stand in the corner in post-masturbatory bliss and have no urge to open, that won't get you very far either.

psychologically, i dont think this is good for you as a PUA.

Dude i'll tell you this shit right now chronic masturbation results in desensitization of the nerves in the penis which i can tell you this is a double edge sword. On the one hand you'll have better stamina especially when wearing a rubber, making you a god in the bed(so long as you got some idea of what your doing) but it's going to take you a while to come, if at all. Agreed I also want to add that jacking off causes your body to produce testosterone. Testerone is how your body is able to replace the semen you have released from jacking off. I pulled out first though), then put on a condom and went to town. It could be anxiety. But, it could also be the condom. They are essentially plastic sacks that cover your junk. You certainly loose some sensation.
