That's quite the assumption.
I actually know someone who posts on here that regularly attends events for his religious beliefs, though I will not name any names.

Yeah big assumption. There is also more than one type of Christian they're not just one group of people with the same monolithic set of beliefs. There are christians who don't attend church regularly and still have christian beliefs... there are christians who do not have issues with sex -- it doesn't preclude you from being one - it just means you have a different take on the subject. There are girls who go to church regularly and are hard core christians who will fuck your brains out -- believe it. You have a preconceived limiting belief of what all christians are -- you might want to reconsider that -- they aren't all the same and they don't all have the same beliefs.

What's up with that, bud? Everyone here seems to make big assumptions like that. There are guys mocking people's spiritual activities/religious values and views assuming that religions are bullshit even before they actually research/ know about it, bud. For example, someone said things like Catholic and Christianity is exactly the same and so on.

I do agree with you jje, there are people who claim they are religious but in reality, they are the dirtiest sluts/sinners on this face of the planet. They are really not religious. Anyone can claim and lie about their nature/ belief. A murderer/criminal/sinners can claim that they are innocent, bud. Good point.

Vin, I wasn't saying christian girls who fuck were hypocrites or sinners. I was saying just because you're christian doesn't necessarily mean you see sex as a sin. That's all. Whether you see sex as a sin depends on your interpretation of things. Just because most christians (i'm assuming) may see sex outside of marriage as a sin doesn't mean all do. Saying they do is the equivalent of saying all people of a certain race have a certain characteristic. Pretty much ignorant. And yeah, there are a lot of ignorant christians, too. That doesn't mean they all are.

Well Catholicism is a branch of Christianity, so, yes, Catholics are Christians. Any sect that believes in Jesus are Christians. Christianity is a big umbrella, and under that there are many sects like non denominational, catholic, mormon, and so on.

Religion or philosophy is a personal journey. If you're at all serious about it (meaning you want to understand and believe, not simply parrot what others say), then all the choices must be your own, for your own reasons. Nobody else can walk the walk for you. Nor can they really help you. It's between you and God.

And pickup does not conflict with religious values or any other values because pickup does not prescribe values. Pickup is in some sense like physical laws of cause and effect. If you do action A, you are more likely to have result B. What you choose to do with that information depends entirely on how you feel about result B and action A. "If you treat girls like dirt, they will stick to you like dirt." Assuming it's true, the question of whether you should want them to stick to you is an entirely different matter, and even if you did, would it be worth treating them like dirt? Maybe, maybe not. The statement doesn't tell you what you should want. ONLY YOU can decide that.

Cognative dissidance is a bitch.

Your problem is that you beliefs are in direct contradiction to what you desire. Evolution has developed people with a desire to have sex with multiple partners, whereas your religious beliefs tell you that you will burn in hell for all of eternity if you do.

This is similar to if your religious beliefs told you not to eat, drink, or breathe.

You can do one of three things.

-Reasses your religious beliefs and discard that which causes the conflict (recomended)

-Chooose between the two. Either you stop having sex or you accept that you will be tortured by firey demons for billions of years for doing so...

-Ignore the problem and backwards rationalize everything (this is what girls do)
