Somthing i used/use, possitive repedative reinforcment. I set an alarm on my phone to go off every day at 11:15. The reminder pops up and I say aloud "I am not a smoker". Also, chew alot of gum. Just make it past 1 min. of craving and it goes away for a while. March 13 was my quit day. Ive had a few minor set backs, but stuck with it and now, "I am not a smoker".

Good Luck.

Try getting a prescription from a doctor to help quit smoking.
List it as using for depression... I was told it would be cheaper that way.

well, I've been hitting the gym really hard, and hitting cardio 7-days per week for 30-minutes after lifting, 60-minutes on non-lift days. I'm going to be pretty much perfect and just walk around and pose...in January. lol

Seriously though, I'm feleing much better and starting to hack-up black shit from my lungs throughout the day. Don't smoke, its bad; plus you don't have to carry around an oxygen tank when you get older.

Keep up the good work man. Sounds like you are hitting a period where you don't feel any better than you did while you were smoking. It will pass. Eventually you will feel so good that you will not want to lose that feeling.

I haven't smoked in over 300 days (I used to keep track on my calendar, which helps).

I have gone 6+ months in the past and started again when I was taking my Microsoft exams. I would smoke for the night before the exam and then not again for a month or two until another exam. I thought I had shit under control but thats how you get hooked again.

Just stay the course. You are doing well.

If you feel like you are having trouble get a nicotine patch. The gum and other shit in my experience doesn't work very well. Chantix only works for some people and can have some really fucked up side effects.

I hope that helps.
