well, I've been hitting the gym really hard, and hitting cardio 7-days per week for 30-minutes after lifting, 60-minutes on non-lift days. I'm going to be pretty much perfect and just walk around and pose...in January. lol
Seriously though, I'm feleing much better and starting to hack-up black shit from my lungs throughout the day. Don't smoke, its bad; plus you don't have to carry around an oxygen tank when you get older.
