Extacy or other drug use could have been her problem . Drugs are frequent in that environment so dont necessarily blame your material in that situation. It might just be me but most girls don't want to be asked if they want to be kissed. They like being swept up by the moment. If your dancing and are really into it, you should have no problem making out with her. If your grinding, slowly transition so that you are grinding face to face. Look right into her eyes. Lean foreheads together as if you're really into the dance. Osicillate your eyes between her lips and eyes, and as long as the IOI's are still there, go for the kill. Hasn't failed once if you can read the girls correctly
