New Energy drink thats coming out

Hey all, not sure if anyone here is looking to make some extra cash, but I currently have an Energy business with the owner who started this new energy drink company...the official launch is November 5th, but we are pre-launching for positions in the company right now for people he knows. Its going to be big, the owner is actually Terry LaCore, who also owns Carsons Live and a couple other ventures. I've met this guy and he is an ok guy. His other posts are not advertisements as far as I've seen.

My opinion is that yes, this post crosses the line for advertising, but I will leave it to the moderators to adjudicate.

I've met spinz and he's cool. I did look back at all of his posts and I only see two posts about the energy business, only one with a link, and it doesn't appear that he stands to gain personally from someone getting involved. It appears to me that he is just giving a tip to help people out, like a stock tip. Other members have offered advice about where to get an apartment, where to shop, where to work out, etc. I saw this thread as the same type of advice post. Being in the "Off Topic" forum, it seems like it's ok.
