Because I honestly want everyone to succeed at PU, I am going to offer some friendly suggestions....

I didn't get a chance to attend the Friday meetup as I had a date (that went very well) but it was my understanding that everyone was going to go out after the meetup.

Assuming that is the case, seeing the picture I can think of only one thing. A bunch of decent looking guys who DON'T STAND OUT from the crowd.

Looks like a normal, ordinary bunch of guys hanging out. Although there is nothing at all wrong with that, my impression is what every woman you talk to is going to also think at first.

Since you only have 3 seconds to make a first impression, you don't want to have anything working against you when trying to make yourself stand out from the other 50 guys that hit on her that night.

My advice? Bright colors, hairstyles that stand out, more stylish/peacocking clothes.....
