BF destroyer/ potential guy destroyer

Postby etohminer » Sun Sep 16, 2007 3:36 am

So I was sitting on the can thinking about the posts on bf destroying. Based on my understanding, if i were interested in a girl who just recently broke up with her bf, I should take the bf's side but give lame reasons as to why the bf isn't doing what the girl is expecting. this helps destroy the ex bf's image in her mind.

Now here's my main topic. Let's say I was interested in a gal, but this time, this girl is bf-less. Instead, she's interested in this waiter guy at a restaurant, and she'd go there to try to get his attention. i would occasionally see this girl at work, and i'd play it cool and get excited for her by asking her stuff like, "hey! how was the bf jocking going? Mike and I were really rooting for you the other day!"

Gathering from the conversation, it didn't seem like the waiter dude is all that interested. So my question is, how do I lower this waiter guy's image in her mind even more?

Then again, she could also be interested in me and try to show she has options

i actually don't know this waiter guy, I only heard her talkign about him like she's interested. i'm trying to work on different areas and maybe one day my approach will be refined enough to be consistent.

so what else would/ could i say?

play up the good guy angle, and harp on his lack of interest as a sign of intimidation on his part. thats pretty solid. what you choose to say on those topics is entirely up to you, and should be since you're closer to the situation and will come off more congruent.

also, depending on this girl, you might say he's looking for more of a nice steady girl, one that waits to be hit on, not aggressively seeking men... i dunno that's just me riffing.
