Per Mystery, the end result of any neg should be laughter...so the neg does play into the whole C/F bit.

I've read the Venutian Arts Handbook and The Mystery Method book and I own and have watched the 5-DVD series with Mystery. I have never seen or heard him say that any neg should result in laughter. Maybe he said it, but if he did, I wasn't watching or listening or reading.

Lovedrop says the purest form of a neg is blowing your nose. That's not funny at all.

Here's another neg:
"What do you do? Are you a hand model?"

It's a neg because it could be taken as a compliment, but there must be some reason you limited her to HAND model. It's not funny.

But I don't think he really meant it. Negs are not that simple. There's an art to it. I think the point he's trying to make is that they are not insults, nor are they back-handed compliments.

By the way he handles the interview very poorly IMO. The reporter who is obviously trying to make him look like a tool ultimately succeeds in doing so.

From what I understand, the main point of negging is purely to demonstrate DHVing your whilst in the process DLVing your target.

I actually got quite carried away doing that last night to the bartender, but anytime I wanted a drink, I got it frickin quickly.

The point of a Neg is to convey disinterest and to lower your target’s self esteem.

"I Model",Or Im a Model" (When you ask what she does)
Then you Reply with THAT BEAUTIFUL LINE-

Yeah, that's much better. I had that other line in my head, but I think I saw some really lame PUA do it on youtube. He obviously got it wrong, so I repeated it wrong.

Negs are totally back-handed compliments OR CAN BE,

Something I've started using lately is a litle differant. For example, she's a hired gun working in a bar. It's early and I see some guy walk in that both of us know. Loudly I'll say "now why would you sau that about so and so. I think he's a great guy." She knows I'm teasing her and the guy knows it too. But, she will almost always blush and feel a little uncomfortable.

Another one is if she says she doesn't like some guy, tell her that your going to tell him that she has a crush on him.

These must be done playfully.

One more thing I came up with to use when two chicks are making out and calling attention to themselves, "what are you two? The poster girls for insecurty. Take it to other end of the bar, those guys look lonely."
