I'm sure this has been asked before but I can not find it. So here goes...

I admit, Im a bit of a hypocrite. I like to do things that I do not want my women doing. Like having multiple partners. It's okay if I sleep around, but I don't want them sleeping around.

I have two LTR's right now. They have met each other. They know I'm seeing them because I have fun with them. There is no commitment. I've always been straight up with that. If they don't like the rules on the party bus, they can step off at the next stop.

So the other day, my red head LTR and I were out eating dinner. This topic comes up and she starts talking about how since we aren't exclusive, she is free to sleep with whomever she wants. Now I didn't react, which I feel in hindsight I probably should have, but I didn't. Anyway, I an now considering calling it quits with her because of this. Is there a way to recover this, and have her be exclusive while she knows I'm not? I know it's hypocritical but I want what I want.

I dont think you handled it poorly at all. In fact, being non responsive is the way i would have went myself. Chances are that even if you agreed to be monogamus with her should wouldnt do her part with you, so why fret? Id slowly phase this one out while you grab more on the side to replace her and if she doesnt like her new lot in your life, then make sure she knows how to fix it, i.e. Be monogamus to you. Otherwise fuck it, youve already replaced her.

Some on here would advocate just telling her straight up. Which isnt bad if you want to keep her for some reason. Me personally, i think most women are replacable so i tend to be more passive.

The second part i wrote makes the first paragraph sound like it wont work, but meh, im tired and im sure youll figure it out.

it's kind of a silly sounding situation and hard to follow. If you sleep with who you want, ethically she can too. I've told past lovers a theme of, "sleep with who you want, we'll talk later", with a big fecsious smile, to get a reaction. It's a pandora's box of philosophies and head games.

I'm relatively apathetic towards what girls I date do on their own time, which is pretty much why I always use a condom.

But if a girl does something I don't like - whatever that is - whether I call her out or just next her really depends on my mood as opposed to anything too logical.

Yeah, I'm not sure why the question is hard to follow? As far as ethics goes... I'm not the most ethical person when it comes to sex. I'm the man, she should comply with my reality! The fact that she is not complying with my reality suggest to me that I have already lost her, and should just next her.

Not showing emotion or reacting seems to be the right move.

Also, no worries about wanting multiple of women who are devoted to you. Harems were the common thing for MILLIONS of years before Churches and Kings got involved - From what I read somewhere, marriage was supported/enforced by Kings who wanted to protect their Harems. If a man was required only one woman and had to be faithful, less medieval sarging and less chance for women in his harem to stray.

I often think that marriage and social welfare is cheating the gene pool out of superior genes. Marriage cheating the women from mating with the top dog and social welfare allowing the survival of the mediocre. Both may kick evolution into reverse.
