Need a place for organizing friday/sunday happy hour

Any body have a cool place/house that we can use for having a friday evening or saturday/sunday afternoon BBQ cookout?

I got this idea from David D's interview series. basically, I or some of you
will go out to the clubs or other places and get the emails of women. and then send them email of the happy hour and invite them to it.

any body interested and have a nice cool house to do this?

I like the idea of a paintball-like activity that Dallas PUA had. Unfortuantely, I got dinged by a bigass truck, and wasn't able to make it to that one.

Setting up something like this would be a good day2 type thing to invite girls to...and having a lot of HV friends raises your value.

Anyone up for some paintball or other such activity?

Maybe we could sarge six-flags.
