cut the carbs bro! stick to meat, veggies, fruit, dairy.
start out small like throwing out the bun and eat just the burger.
if you stick to it you'll see results in 2 weeks guaranteed.
Yeah, my guess is that you're endomorphic which means that you have a proclivity to gain weight easier and store fat easier. No big deal though. Like Salad said, cut the carbs. Only eat them in the morning and get them from fruits and veggies the rest of the day. Start reading the labels of food items and when you see high fructose corn syrup as an ingredient then set whatever it is down and look from the same thing without that poison. Endomorphs have very little margin for error with respect to carbs and sugars because they have poor insulin sensitivity. The consumption of carbs leads to increased insulin and since your body responds poorly to insulin you have greater amounts present in your system. Insulin blunts fat oxidation and promotes fat storage. In short, your body is not built to process carbs in an effecient manner leading to larger stores of body fat.

Contrary to popular belief, not all calories are created equal.

You can eat whatever you want, as long as you burn more calories than consume.

Some would contest, but it really is that simple.

lol yeah, I know. That's basically what I've been doing the past few months and I've seen results. I think I hit a plateau so I'm thinking of going with a keto diet. I've already filled my freezer with MEAT but I know it would be hard to stay away from the carbs.

Try the insanity workout, if you are just looking to lose weight, that program should do the job. And the best part is that you don't need a gym membership! Of course it's a pretty intense workout, that's why it's called insanity.

I'm doing p90x right now myself, that is more for building muscles and staying in shape than weight loss.

I know a thing or two about fitness, so I will advise that you start with something a little easier than the insanity workout.

The insanity workout is exactly as the name describes, fuckin' insane! From what i've heard at least.

You should check out p90x. It helps you lose weight and build muscle and the intensity level is much below that of the insanity workout.

Low Carb diet all the way. I started at 310 .. Im down to 250. My body just simply can not handle the HFCS and carbs. The lower they are, the better. I tried increasing my card count from 20 a day to 40 and I instantly put back on about 2 lbs over the course of 3 days.

I agree with Prodigy too. The strat to successful weight loss is to burn more than you consume. Low carb makes you do just that because you are using the fat in your body as the carbs your body needs to keep going. That is why the weightloss happens so quickly also. The down side is that it can sap you of energy so you have to be really committed and go work out to burn the extra above and beyond what your body needs.
