I am so pissed off right now, I want to throw my computer out this fucking hotel window, I want to move to Alaska and become a hermit. Bah to all women, women are terrible, terrible, evil creatures and I never want to see another one as long as I live ever again.
I want to become the guy who lives with gorillas out in the jungle.
Fuck this shit. So I try to text message my three "active" number closes to set up some day two's.
#1: I text Ashli, the girl from earlier in my journal.
Grimm: "Hi Ashli, what's up?"
NO ANSWER. Strike one.
#2: I text Sonya, the girl from Chicago and the text messages above.
Grimm: "What's my name? :)" (Hey, I thought it was clever.)
NO ANSWER. Strike two.
#3: I text Shantelle, the girl from last weekend and the last video
Grimm: Hey Shantelle, what's up?
Shantelle: Hey im at a dinner in austin
Grimm: Sweet! Will you be back by Sunday?
NO ANSWER. Strike fucking three.
Oh fucking well. Here's to another worthless fucking entry in a gay, worthless fucking journal. Hopefully this will be funny to me one day.
Rule number 1 of pickup: keep a positive attitude.
If it was easy, then you, me, or anyone else on this forum wouldn't be here. You texted 3 numbers, that's barely any. Plenty more girls out there. Did you learn anything at all from those 3 approaches, number closes, and text interactions? Even the smallest thing? I bet you learned something about something, and if that's the case, then you are further than you were before and it was a success, regardless if you got them out on a day 2 or not.
You are looking at this as a failure, when in reality, there is no such thing as failure, only doing. You gained experience with these 3 interactions, so in the end you succeed in some way.
Post all of your interactions and conversations here, you will get advice and feedback from others. Then take that information and your knowledge from your sets and learn what you could have done differently. Sure, you lose a bunch of girls along the way, but you get information and lessons out of it, you get another step closer to your goal.
Is that trade off worth it? Definitely.
