Not to pick on you, Budguy, but that's a defensive statement.

Since we're here to improve, I'll offer some advice which may be helpful, or may be useless. I don't know you, so really who knows.

Consider eliminating "just" from your vocabulary. You don't have to explain yourself to anybody.

Also, consider eliminating "if you don't mind me asking..." You don't need permission to ask a question, just ask it.

I'm assuming a lot here, but based on the language you use, you seem like a nice guy to me. Doesn't step on a lot of toes. Now some people will tell you that you can't be a nice guy and succeed at this business of pickup. You've gotta be a "bad boy." Well that's a load of horse shit. But you do need to be assertive, which means at a minimum standing up for your damn rights, and talking/acting like you believe you have some damn rights.

And you, sir, have the bloody right to ask questions, and not explain yourself.
You're advice is right in this case man. I now understand where you guys are coming from. You gave me a lot to think about believe it or not.

Even though I sometimes feel like a noob lol here I don't take anything personal.

Assertive sounds like a dame good idea.

-Thx
