Well, well, well

Read this thread and then take a look at this article gentlemen:

http://www.rooshv.com/does-armpit-odor-make-me-irresistible-to-women
I think there's a big difference between having BO because of a lack of maintenance and getting all sweaty in a marathon fuck romp.

If you just got back from the gym and try to give a girl a hug, she's going to say, "oooh you're all sweaty, go take a shower." But if you've been dancing with a girl all night, you can grind on her, hug her, make out with her, because she's sweaty too.

After sex, I used to say in a self-conscious way, "I'm all sweaty," and the girl would say, "I like it."

Now, after sex, I say in a cocky way, "you made me all sweaty, now you have a sweaty man on you, what are you going to do about it?" And the girl will say, "mmmmm nothing! I love it!"

I think that women love the idea of taking part in making a man all sweaty and manly. It's a product of your love making. Just like many women love to swallow. It seems fuckin' gross to me, but they see it as an essential part of love making. God bless 'em.

You're talking about two different things here, odor and sweat. But let me fill you in, women love sweaty guys. Especially after sex, working out, and dancing. Let me save you some argue time here, they don't love it if it is some weird medical condition or if you're a big-fat construction worker.

If a girl like you, she likes your sweat. No ifs, ands, or buts.

Now if you're just getting back from the gym and you go to hug a girl chances are she knows you well, is at your house, or you're at her house. So what are you doing taking orders from some girl that should be taking orders from you?

You got it right there.

Again, if a girl likes you, she likes your sweat. If she doesn't like or respect you she'll pull the schoolgirl take a shower bs.
I read an article once that natural odor contains scent cues about immune system compatibilities, someone who smells really bad to us is more likely to have sickly children if we reproduce with them, and someone who's natural scent smells really good to us is someone who is likely to produce much healthier children with us
That certainly sounds like it could be true. I don't doubt it one bit.

I think we're confusing why she says go take a shower. It's not because you smell, it's because you're wet and she's not. It doesn't have to do with the sweat, it just has to do with her getting sweat on her while she's all done up and clean.

Even after working out, I've had girls tell me they like my scent...it's just the wet part they don't enjoy.

Other than that, Lion's spot on. If a girl likes you, this means she likes pretty much everything about you. Even the shit that you would never think they even notice or enjoy, that's just how girls are...they want to please and they cherish having the opportunity to let them please you. I remember times when I was nailing the fuck out of a girl and starting dripping sweat on them and they fucking love the shit out of that, as long as you don't get it in their eyes.

If you wanted to save some argue time, then you shouldn't have posted, because we do not appear to disagree.

That is the point I was trying to make. She likes your sweat in the right context, particularly when she is the activity making you sweaty. That's why I was contrasting the gym example with the dancing example. That's why we wear antipersperant and wash our armpits, because we're not always in that context. You don't go to work, school, a dinner party, etc. covered in sweat.

The article and comments seemed to suggest that because the natural smell of a man can attract a woman, men should rebel against the corporate conspiracy and stop wearing antipersperant. That's what I was addressing.

Let me clarify for the reading comprehension challenged: No one is suggesting you should go to school, work, or a dinner party covered in sweat. No one is suggesting you shouldn't wash your pits, ever. No one is suggesting rank B.O. is a good thing.

What I am suggesting is that your natural body odor attracts women. Women also find sweaty men attractive. This is because you are doing something physical to sweat, releasing testosterone, and this makes you more attractive to women. This is human biology.

If you are the type that scurries like a mouse into the shower after a workout, then spray yourself with all kinds of chemicals, how can you possibly know if it works or not? You can't. You are speculating. Until you actually try it and view the results for yourself your opinion has no merit.

From what I understand, cologne is supposed to approximate the human pheromones of men who tend to be compatible with a wider variety of women (and the other way around, for women's perfume).

You write like you are having a disagreement with someone, but from what I can tell, nobody disagrees with you.
