I don't think you understand how this vbulletin forum works...when you report a post, such as Finesse's post on this thread, it simply sends an email to mods/admins...so we can use our discretion on whether the post reported actually deserves removal or not.
Not the best course of action when reporting a Mod's post.

The majority of that post is interesting to read, points and all. Working on a quality response to it.
We can deal without the name calling though. It's just pointless now.
It's hard to respect to someone if they keep that up. Who moderates the mods? I don't mean who's above them I mean what precedence does it set when mods are allowed to break the rules? Just asking is all because I still don't understand how this community works. It's confusing the hell out me.

Funny how you start talking about respect. Demand it from others but don't provide it to others.
As for who moderates the mods...well, we have three Finesse, Smirks, and Vector...all three of these guys I've known personally (as has pretty much any one else that's active in real life in our community) for 2+ years. And, I can say definitively, that everyone on here moderates the mods. We're all constantly having discussions about what was appropriate, what was wrong, gripes, complaints, suggestions, and kudos. The difference is that these conversations usually occur via PM or offline IN PERSON.
The way this community works is simple. We use this forum to stay in touch, as a platform to post our thoughts and findings, as a place to bounce our ideas, concerns, SPs, and theories off of, and as a place to coordinate events in which we meet in person. In other words, this board is a means to an end. It does not exist to be a final destination, instead it's just a pit stop on the way to the ultimate destination, which is meeting in person and developing personal relationships. When you understand that dynamic, you'll understand why we don't have a lot of use for a guy that's not from here that we'll never meet in person.
There are a lot of national forums that provide somewhat generic information regarding pickup. Sure, there is some value in what you'll find, but whatever it is that you find you have to tailor to the city in which you sarge. To put it bluntly, you make speak the language of PUA, which you no doubt do, but you'll never be able to speak the language of the Dallas PUA scene. As such, a lot of what you have to say will be lost on us because we simply don't speak the same language.
