I'm in. My friends and I have a monthly cash game (non-tourny) that we play, and we all have a hell of a great time. We drink, shoot the shit, trash talk, basically men being men. I look forward to it each month.

Hunter, if we have a quorum, how about setting up a time and place.

What nights would work for everyone? I assume weekends are out for various obvious reasons. Any preferences for a specific weekday evening?

Thursday might be good. We could play say 8pm to midnight, & then still go hit The Church, since it's a 10 minute walk from my place.

One note, I have (mentally counts...) 5 chairs that would work around the table, and it should fit 3 more. Anyone who has 'em might want to check with me about bringing a folding chair. Table is 56" diameter, so should be big enough for 8.

Also, my "good" chips are on loan right now to a buddy in LA. I have some cheap ones around here somewhere, but if anyone has one of those nice 11.5 oz 500 chip sets, bring it.

What say you, Thursday, 8pm dealing starts? Texas Hold-em, $10 buy in.

Ok, seems like we have enough interest and also a specific time that'll work.

So...

Door opens at 4pm, cards drop at 5pm, and we'll go to 8-9pm.
7 seats available, first come first seated. (And I could use 3 extra
chairs, I'm short a few to make it all the way around the table...)
No Limit Texas Hold-em, $10 buyin, rebuys allowed (but only after you've
lost the entire previous buy-in.) Basic cash game, not tournament style.

PLEASE bring smaller bills. I don't want to have to hurt people for bringing $20s. :twisted:

BYOB and snacks. I'll have some munchies but I'm not gonna feed all you
sharks a 5 star dinner either.

I live just east of downtown Dallas between Live Oak and Ross Streets on
Liberty Ave, so it's 10 minute walk to Deep Ellum if you want to sarge afterwards.
