I've been doing it for the past few weeks. Basically, it's like the show Whose Line is it Anyway - those are about the games we play.

It really helps you think on the fly, so it's directly applicable to pickup.

It's been great for me in business and in my personal life. I'd recommend it to anyone who considers themselves to be more on the straight-laced side.
