For the past 5 years or so I've been the "King of the Losers" so to speak. Most of my friends are kinda geeky, they play video games, and are socially awkward. It's fun hanging out with them because they don't make me jump through any hoops and I can just relax around them. Anyways, I have a recurring problem.
My friends keep taking my sloppy seconds. Everytime I have girlfriend or even a girl that I bang slash get a BJ from after I break up with the girl they will swoop in like a well trained vulture and snatch up the forgotten poon. Then whenever I want to hang out with them at a party or something that ex-gf will be there... It always gets really awkward, but I don't know how to confront my friends about this...
Any ideas?

Awkward for them or for you?
I feel sorry for them. They are nailing a girl that you already nailed. That is just straight up disgusting although most guys don't feel the same way I do about that.
I would not want to be in their shoes. They are sleeping(and possibly wanting to seriously date) some chick that you have gizzed in her mouth. UGH poor guys.
Anyways if they are your friends just be honest with them. This is one thing you should be able to do with good friends. You should be able to tell them to fuck off and they are still your friends.
I would really be pissed if I dated a girl that I actually liked and things just didn't work out. Then next thing I know my good friend is dating/nailing her. So yes have a talk with your friends. They "should" understand and respect you. Otherwise they are not very good friends.

I agree with PC. Although, I don't think that these guys are every really going to comply with any request to respect where you're dick has been. It seems to me that you're the marijuana to their dating/sex life. You are the gateway friend. The bridge that allows them to go from their hand to a warm hole.
This dynamic has already been firmly established in your relationship with them, so changing it now is going to be very difficult.
I think you should understand that they're going to do what they do. Have you ever thought that maybe the girl initiates some of this stuff too?
I can understand how this could be awkward for you. But, I think it should be awkward for them. Remember, you were there first. Let them have your cast offs. You are done with the girls, what does it matter what she does from here forward?

i can guarantee that wouldn't fix the problem. This has happened almost 7 times now, all the same friend. I've talked to him about it before but I don't think he will learn... Maybe the girls do it so they can hang out with me more? Idk.. It's just really awkward and I want to just punch him in the face real hard. it makes my life so difficult.
Should i just tell the girls to stay away from him?? maybe i can handle it on the female end?

Skepsis, I think you're the man, and this is a good problem to have.
You should probably turn the situation to your advantage and start sampling your ex's friends, while they seek consolation with the geeks... I'd think it wouldn't be too hard to do with major preselection and jealousy plots, the whole situation seems to have ...

Yea.jus let it slip that he's got bumps.
IMO relationships with ppl are all re-creatable. Maybe its a fosterkids mindset, but if I notice that someone closer to me is causing harm or interfering with my comfort zone, and I get no reprieve from a serious talk, then I cut them loose. I cast away my own brother a few months ago due to his lack of respect for anyone other than himself. Just a thought for you
