I'm texting this girl who I'm in pretty tight with but haven't got her locked in for good yet and she tries to call me out for calling her "Sunshine"! Sunshine is a very fitting nickname for her. This is definitely a good interaction.. fun, upbeat and playful if I had to guess.. I think there is a fine line between girls flirting and giving tests.. actually now that I think about it alot of girls flirt primarily this way.

I go out of my way to have conversations like this. I find it extremely fun. Why even think about whether its a shit test or not just assume shes flirting with you.

The only thing I want to mention is that many times when a girl calls you out on something like this instead of defending yourself even in a playful way, just agree.

Yes I call every girl sunshine, but you are (name something unique about her) all she is really wanting to know is why you like her. This could be her telling you subtly that you need to show more interest in her. Usually if you start getting that player vibe thats the problem is that you aren't showing enough interest and being a little bit too aloof.

She's just recognized that you have game. Not necessarily that you PRACTICE GAME (even though you do) and those are simple little shit tests to see how you handle the pressure. I like Zine's idea of just agreeing with her. She'll convince herself that it was a silly comment and most likely move on.
