Every Day/Night This Week

Interesting couple of days lately. I went out last night with Bull Run, AlphaMo, and some of the other guys. This is probably the first time I've gone out and cold approached sets. I opened three different sets, and bombed two of them. One of them hooked, and I got some IOIs, but the conversation went no where and died pretty fast. I know three ain't such a hot number, but we were at Sherlocks, and the pickings were rather slim. I was rather discouraged, I know I shouldn't, but I took those hits a little personally. I was out my game and into my head the rest of the night. After that I just hung around the other guys until I left.

Earlier this morning I recharged, cleared my head and remotivated (actual word?) myself to going out and picking up. Met up this afternoon with Just/Us at north park mall to work on some day game. First time in my life to do day game. We did have a blast talking to the cologne girl at Macy's. Did you know that Paris Hilton has a new cologne out? For guys! We opened a couple of girls but didn't get to far. I was reminded how new to this stuff I am. However, the important thing I tried to keep in mind the whole time was how much fun I was having. And I was. I still have some AA issues, but my biggest concern is continuing the conversation until that hook point. Day game is a lot harder than I expected. Girls dont expect to be talked to by strangers, and they get weirded out very easily. Any thoughts on this?

Nonetheless, I need to get this stuff handled. This is the first week in a while that I am able to do this. I plan to go out every day/night this week just to open sets and get my AA and hook issues under control. If anyone wants to join me, feel free to send me a PM. I wound up leaving a little early that night cause nobody seemed to want to leave Sherlocks...even though, you're right, there was very little to work with. That's just Sherlocks for ya.

There where only two sets out of that whole night that I would have had any interest in closing.

The first one I opened with my (non-community) friend. 2set and they where both decently hot (blonde and brunette, 7 and 7.5-8 respectively......I try not to hand out the 8+ numbers too liberally, but this one was worthy).
So I opened them, but after a strange target swap with my buddy (i didn't realize it had happened until after it did....touche bro), I started to lose interest and wandered off to find something better.

The second one I have no excuse for not closing....I'm just a dumbass.
I did notice her sitting on some dudes lap as I left, so I kicked myself in the shin.

AlphaMo, you should've mentioned leaving sherlock's I wouldve been down to go somewhere else...like you two have mentioned, there werent too many hb8+ there Friday night..

it was good to meet you guys and get some of my AA issues out of the way..see you guys tonight at Blackfinn for the dance game..
