Value Calibration
by Matador

Hello Gentlemen,

Just got back from the clubs in south beach. Major drama tonight. First, my buddy’s girlfriend grabbed my arm and because the club was loud whispered some bullshit into my ear. From a distance, it would be reasonable to assume she was hitting on me or I was gaming her and all hell broke loose with my friend…he is already paranoid of me being a PUA…he is just a natural with good game…but, I find for the most part, most guys who train regularly eclipse naturals and even they start to respect/fear you. Anyway, I blame the alcohol for letting myself get in that situation and should’ve killed the thread before it started.

Second, I find that sometimes I give the girl too much value than she gives herself relative to mine…on the flipside, you could say, that I give myself too little value compared to the girl and come in with a neg opener or am guilty of over-negging. This is what happened tonight. Came in with a neg which triggered a little neg warfare…if I had just opened neutral, I could’ve micro calibrated from there on. I eventually recovered, but could’ve opened neutral and saved a lot of time and hassle. When value calibrating, perception is more multi-dimensional than just your perception of her.

Mystery and I came up with this while in Sidney and I think it would make for some good discussion. A set of variables that one must consider to get a more accurate picture of the value dynamics of the set you are walking into.

MV0 = what you think of your value
MV1 = what you think she thinks of your value
MV2 = what you think of her value
MV3 = what you think society thinks of her value

FV0= what she thinks of her value
FV1 = what she thinks you think of her value
FV2 = what she thinks of your value
FV3 = what she thinks society thinks of your value

The exciting thing about this is…if you look at almost all of the variables in the M (Male) and F (Female) set…each one can be systematically changed.

For example,

MV0 = can be set with solid inner games, which manifests itself with perfect congruence of “high value male” behavior
MV1 = inner game
MV2 = inner game
MV3 = inner game

FV0 = out of your control
FV1 = out of your control initially, but can be deduced based on body language, behavioral characteristics and avatar...can be changed with game further into the set
FV2 = congruence of “high status male”
FV3 = solid identity, accomplishment intros, enterouge game, fame

It is my belief that all these variables are calculated instantaneously and then altered based on game in all of its forms. My point is that all of these are distinct and realized at precise moments in the sarge.

I don’t claim to have discovered anything new here…truth is truth…but I do think it is a deeper level of granularity when calibrating value levels.
