But there has to be trust and openness on the person recieving the critique. I could go up to people i dont know, and tell thme somthing that may be 100% true, but if i dont say it right, or they dont respect me, or trust my opinion, its a waste.
In all relationships, there must be a bridge built, that can bear the weight of truth.
