Anything goes

I didn't mean gay in the gay sense. Shit, I get gay all the time...as in homosexual...from girls and guys. I wear the insult with pride because that means I'm probably dressed better than them.

What I meant by gay was more along the lines of awkward looking. Not a big fan of the jeans. I see them as the first step towards buying a Beadazzler and then beading up your jeans:

I'm more of a tight leopard print spandex kind of guy myself.

I thought puff paint was the gateway drug to beadazzling.

I read something in GQ or Details about this. They said that having detail on the back pockets is ok, but having detail going down the legs is too much for guys. So that's what the fashion magazines say about it.

On the other hand, I wonder what GQ would say about putting goggles on your top hat. If you like the jeans, think they will get you some attention, and you can be congruent with it, then hey, that's your style. Go for it.

I saw a guy wearing these exact kind of jeans the other day.

I almost didn't notice because the glare from his grillz blinded me momentarily...

I wore these out to a club tonight. I was nervous wearing them. They were tight as hell and crazy looking. honestly....most people didn't even notice them, but all the women that did gave me nothing but compliments. I had about 5 good looking women compliment me on them.

I keep pushing myself to wear things that are outside my comfort zone and so far I have not had one single bad reaction. My fear has been much greater than the reality. My only point is that I've been pushing myself to try new things and so far nothing bad has happened. I'm learning that women have a very different sense of fashion than men do. they appreciate details and spend a lot more time putting together their wardrobe than we do, so don't be afraid to try something new.

I have this crazy zebra stripe cowboy hat, that was for sure out of my comfort zone when I bought it.
Everywhere I've worn it, the reaction has been positive, even Cowboys R.R.

One of the first times wearing it, I had a dippin, wrangler wearin, huge belt buckle, cowboy dude ask me, "that hat is awesome man. where did you get that?"

Bottom line: you can get aways with a lot more than you think you can. This doent just go for fashion ;)
