Imager: yes that is social proof. It's one of the things I hate about women..............but I've learned not to waste any time being angry about it........it's just the way it is.....and if you know about it you can use it. ....Not that I'm any good at using it though.....would be interesting to get some ideas from others on increasing social proof.
Westfall: I don't know who you are talking about. As far as not drinking I'd love to be able to do this w/o drinking, but I'm shy even with the alcohol, it's much worse without it.

As far as your chicken blood, TALK to the very First girl you see. Ususally if she is ugly she will flirt with you back and you will feel like a champ.
Hired guns have to flirt with you, so talk to them and boost your state!!! Me talking and never thinking gets me unstopable!

Exactly! This is the problem--you need to overcome your social fears and stop using alcohol as a crutch. Once you become immune to social pressure you no longer feel shyness at all! It is so great.
I have to hold myself back from approaching sometimes.
