UPDATE.
Ok so I log onto myspace today, honestly I wasn't expecting to hear from her again. And she's sent me a random myspace message.

Here's what she said.

you know, i don't feel comfortable with this.
i know i'm being cowardly, but i don't like what we did, or what i did. we jumped into things waayy to quickly. and you're an awesome guy and everything, but i'm really involved with taylor and i think he's all i've been looking for.

I really don't care that much about this anymore but I'm going to be living in the same dorm complex and don't want to look like a douche with my response.
I don't know what to say. Should I just not reply?
I don't want to sound AFC when or if I reply.

hey man i've been in that boat before a ton of times. she'll probably come back to you in a month or two if you play it cool and don't get all weird/emotional/needy on her.

Basically what happened is that you attracted her emotional side really quickly and shut off her logical side, and that was good. However the next day her logical side came back on, and she started to try to rationalize to herself why she did what she did, and she can't really justify sleeping with you. Basically she feels kind of slutty and probably quite pressured to get in to a relationship with a guy she doesn't feel she knows that well.

if i were you i would reply with something like this:

"You're not a coward. And I know what you mean, I feel kind of the same way about justifying what happened. Just want you to know that I believe in you and I'm confident in your decisions. And if you feel like you want to talk I'm here."

After that, I wouldn't write again for a little while unless she writes you back. And when you do, DON'T ask her out, just chat for a couple times.
