For the last 3 weeks I've been working out and eating right and I must say, Im fkn wooped. In the defense of working out, I am starting to look rather tasty but shit, where's the energy? I heard somwhere that working out regular gives you more energy but it seems that all my energy is being used to keep woking out.
I should point out that never before have I worked out this hard or had such a healthy diet. Am I doing somthing wrong or is it just a ceiling I have to break through? Or is it just years of neglect on my part that Im going to have to overcome?
Im up to a mile a day 3 or 4 times a week depending on my schedule. Also Im trying to keep muscle confusion in play by switching up alot of routines. Its working. Im just dog ass tired. I cant wait to go to work so I can sit on my ass for 20 or more hours and rest.
Going to a gym or having a trainer is out of the question because I live in the stix. Also keeping a reglar work out routine is imposible because of work. Should I quit being a pussy or am I screwing somthing up?
