Friday night (23rd)

Anything goes

Friday night (23rd)

My cousin is looking for something "fun" to do this Friday with his new little girlfriend...and I checked around a bit...went through the Dallas Observer...and couldn't really find anything.

Anyone have any ideas? I don't think having him bring her out to Sherlocks to check out the peacockers will be "fun" for her... : /

Dave and Buster's might be fun. Skating can be fun, bowling can be fun...go to a concert, uh..let' see...Big music festival in downtown Ft. Worth this weekend. Not sure if it starts on Friday or not. Just depends on what they like to do, and their definition of "fun". The point is, there's ALWAYS something going on in Dallas or Fort Worth on the weekends. Just have to look. Who's playing at the "Yellowpages.com Concert Center" or whatever it's now called this weekend? If they don't mind driving a long distance and want to make it an overnight trip, like boiled crawfish and gambling, there's a crawfish festival going on in Shreveport called Mudbug Madness. Live cajun music, beer, boiled crawfish, vendors, etc....
