Your text game is fine. The only thing is that she waited 4 hours to reply to you and you waited 2 minutes. Not good. Should have just completely ignored her 3am text. Unless she is a dirty slut she prob only gave her number out one time...so she knows damn well who it is at this point.

You messages were ok. But I think you need some more energy in this.
Text game is all about Potential Energy and Kinetic Energy. Potential energy in physics is like pushing on a spring and storing up the power. Kinetic energy is when the spring releases causing it to bounce or push something.

Now when you are texting with a girl you need to be building up her energy level and get her excited. Basically you want to be slowly building up her energy just like pushing a spring. Building up her Potential Energy. The goal here is to build the Potential Energy enough that there is enough to convert that into Kinetic Energy or have her BOUNCE or to have enough energy to PUSH her to meet in person.

why not just put some exclamation marks in this. "you must give your number out alot! I'm not going to tell you who is now" (saying "I'm not sure" doesn't really help anything. It is basically softening the blow of the I am not going to tell you who this is. Which if shes unstable confidence wise thats fine but for most girls especially hot ones you need to be more firm.

Trip was good? That has no call to action or excitement value at all. You are basically forcing her to use her energy to continue this conversation. Hints why she changes subjects to the pictures.

Still kind of open ended it seems the ball is more in her court during this conversation.

I think your text game was good but not great. Two things are missing.....one has already been alluded to and that is excitement and anticipation.

"Trip was fine..." should have been "Wow, you will not believe what happened on the trip" or "The trip? I am sooo not going back there anytime soon". Make her want to know more.

Secondly, there is no real flirting. I know you don't know this girl yet but at every opportunity, it is good to subtly sexual frame.

It would have been easy to play off the pictures "The pictures? I don't want them anyway. You were all over me...its embarrasing".

You could easily have played off of the 3am text too. "Aww, how cute...dreaming about me and just had to wake up and text me...."

You get the drift. I don't normally go really raunchy or direct in text as someone like El Topo might but you should always be looking for an opportunity to subtly sexual frame. Girls normally jump at this and from my experience, usually escalate.

The only thing I'd have to add that hasn't been said is, this line comes across as giving her the power and kind of supplicating wussy like on your part. I think you'll be more successful when you have the power because you can control the direction of the convo easier.
