Did anyone notice that Matador's mannerisms were modeled after Brad Pitt? I mean he must have studied him for hours, weeks, months. He had it down pact.

I thought it was pretty nice for a guy who gets paid 10k a day for one on one training to give a free talk and not try to sell anything. He seemed a lot less serious than he did on the VH1 show which was cool. I don't remember who brought it up but the idea of merging sets was new to me, which i liked...and the idea of being the host of the party seemed cool.

Yeah, I thought matador was a douch-canoe on Tv, but cool in person.
It was funny when he said the "brad pitt in fightclub look" was cool. Brad Pitt was a bitch in fight club. My mother has yorkies who are more jacked than he was in that movie. He looks more like Nick Auger (although that guy's pecs are a little too large for his delts and lack of brachia development). And just for the record, abs are made in the kitchen.
Fuck. Summer is here, and I have to cut. fuck!!!!

When he made the point about The Fight Club Body he was referring to what he had witnessed himself in his own body transformation.
I read an awesome article he wrote somewhere a while back. It talked about how he was big into lifting and got jacked. He said as he started getting bigger his results with women went downhill. He eventually found the perfect weight/size which was about what Brad Pitt looked like in Fight Club.

he also said he was down to 5% bfi, which he was not. 8% is difficult to obtain, and you're not going to get to 5% unless you're 6' at 220+ or so...people forget that its a ratio with lbm.

The information covered in the talk was publicly available...but what do you really expect from a free seminar? I look at free seminars to be targeted at those who haven't already been through the speaker's material. The only thing to take away from that, as I believe Twitchy said, was tonality, speech patterns, and body language from Matador's CES presentation. Perhaps a bit of "how to grab attention instantly" from Mystery.
Other than that, I have one thing to say...
