Its funny how when your proficiency level with women rises, you start to utilize some of these tools, stop caring so much, you free yourself of the wasted energy, and then you begin to get what you want.

Quite the opposite Cheese, you are wasting energy on her. It is obvious to her that you do care. You should never tell a woman to not disrespect you, she should have enough respect for you to not do it in the first place. There's no reason to give ultimatums, she will do whatever she wants regardless but now you look insecure. If you really like this woman, and this is hard, ignore her for 6 full months. When you initiate contact after 6 months you WILL be a different man and she will know it and she will want to be a part of your life. You may choose not to do so, but I'm willing to bet anything that if you spend more time with her she will keep disrespecting you.
