I go to a 24-hour fitness now which sucks because there are too many distractions, but I loved my old gym when working in OKC. Concrete floors, scary voice heavy metal, chalk in FDS bottles*lol*, and signs on the wall like "if you can't put your shit back, get the fuck out!" are the makings of a great gym.

That sounds like a sweet gym. I work out at 24 too, but I usually bring my ipod or I try and ignore the dogshit music they play. BTW, I use the term "bodybuilder" very loosely. To me, if you are working out with weights to try and increase muscle size you are a bodybuilder. Doesn't matter how big you actually are.

Let the bodies hit the floor, let the bodies hit the floor... Which 24 hour fitness? I work out there too, but I wouldn't qualify myself as a bodybuilder.

I lift at 24 in lewisville. I'm not like a god or anything, but I've worked hard for what I have.

I'm doing my damndest to get into shape. Not exactly into body building, but I have started lifting a bit at my work gym. Also, during the week, I take Krav Maga classes. Between the two, and my diet, I have lost 22 pounds in under a month.

If you want to get into shape, lift like a bodybuilder. "Train insane, or remain the same."

I've been lifting for 3-years; went from 138-192lb (5'11") over that time, minus 6-month hiatus from a shoulder injury. Its a shame that you're going to do in 2 cycles what took me 3 years. Anyways, I'll pass on the liver cancer, skin condition, and pancreas failure.

actually I got to 186ish completely naturally in a year and a half, how the hell did you start out at 138? I was 155 when I started and skinny as fuck... im weighting 196 now and not even fully in the middle of my cycle yet, I also havent taken any of the winny so far... BTW I have clomid for PCT and nolvadex for anti estrogen

I was scrawny, a real bitch. Well, I still am now, but not as bad. My elbows were the widest part of my arm. I'm tempted to post progress pics, but I don't want to gay it up.

Let's see some progress pics. You started out at about the same weight as me, but I'm 3 inches taller.
