ex-gf

Ok, so I caught my gf cheating on me about three months ago, hince ex-gf. I have really been beating myself up over it to. I was the perfect guy I bought her gifts and opened doors waited on her for hours to get ready, etc... but today it hit me. It was my fault, haha! I was perfect fucking example of an AFC. So, today I went to work out (she is a fitness trainer, also thats how we met) gave her a few negs used the whole cat-string and push pull theory, exluded her from interesting convo about my b-day plans, and by the time I left she grabing my ass and beging for me to go out with her tonight. I told her to call me which im wondering if that was the right move or not. I could really use some suggestions for the situation on where I should take it from here since we have a past of me being such a pussy?

Sounds like you're on the right track with her. But you should really go out and see what else is out there. Start sarging and meeting more women. That way, you can determine if she is really "all that".

And of course, keeping teasing her along the way...

Just be up front with her and focus on what's good for you. No need to play games. if you truly have SELF-RESPECT, you can pretty much break all the pick up rules.

I was in a similar situation, although I was married. We've been heading for divorce for a while, with our child and the comfort of the marriage being the only thing keeping us together. Well, I was inches away from cheating on her. She actually beat me to it. So, anyway, we got divorced. Of course, I jumped right on my other option, which turned out to be a mistake.

When you break up with someone, the loneliness contrasted with the relationship seems so much worse. People act impetuously after a break-up and date someone they don't like, have a one night stand, or get back with their ex.

My ex wife has done similar things. She said it's unfair that I'm looking so good and acting so happy. She said she wishes she just met me now. In fact, the other girl has been acting like she wants me back too.

Blah! I'll tell you what my friend told me. GFTOW (go fuck ten other women). It'll cure you of your one-itis.
