Seriously...
A friend of mine used to tell me "Your game will go in cycles." At the time I think the discussion centered around structured vs. unstructured game.
But there are other kinds of cycles.
The cycle I am most familiar with lately is a kind of burn out cycle. I have alot of respect for Twitchy and the guys that did that 30 day going out burn but I really don't do that.
I go for a while and then rest up and get back on the tread mill and work out then go back and go out again.
It seems to run in 2-3 week cycles. I'm "on" for 2-3 weeks and then I need to slow it down.
Have you guys noticed anything similar?
I'd like to be able to say that I can go out 3-4 nights a week but I really don't do that and I've gone for long stretches.
The breaks really help because as soon as I come back, I'm like an athlete ready to take to the field and tear it up.
What's your experience? And do you guys like the strutured or unstructured or direct approaches?
