New condo setup/decor...

Gonna be moving in to my brand new (they're still building it right now)
condo in 2 months or so. I've always been renting before, so this will
be the first time I've had to be totally free to paint, modify, etc as I see
fit.

Are there any suggestions on what would be a must (within reason, of
course, I'm not rich by any means) to do to create a cool pad for bringing
the ladies home to?

Get good furniture. And you don't need to spend 1000's of $$$ for it. Look on ebay.com or garage sales to find some good shit (wish I had done that... I spent a small fortune on mine). You can get great quality for a fraction of the price! Leather is always nice.

Also, don't forget the little things such as curtains, paintings, etc. Keep it simple and clean. No clutter. Less is more.
