I've learned something from my last two outings.

1. Making fun of other guys in the club gets laughs.

2.Teasing a girl and making fun of her gets laughs.

3.When i made fun of the way this one girl in the club dances I got a defensive response from the 3 different women I tried it on........they all took up for her...(note to self don't make fun of other women in club.)

At least I'm learning what not to do.

For the last ten years my opening has been "Would you like to dance?" I've managed to convince myself that this needs to change. The last two times I've gone out I've managed to open at least 5 different women without starting with my usual line. It's starting to get a little easier. Last week I set a goal of opening 5 women and I just can't believe how difficult it was to make myself do it. The funny thing is , no one was rude or bitchy to me, which is what I think we all fear.

Last night a super hot chick walked up and told me that she had never asked a guy to dance before in her entire life, but that she would like to dance with me. (Note: I'm a good dancer so it's not that unusual for me -- and I never seem to parlay it into anything) We danced and talked a little and I just didn't have the balls to pursue it. (I should of said no haha.....) I'm sure I'll run into her again.....and won't know what the hell to do.....

Anyway it's a big change for me to go up and start talking to women. I've mostly just been trying to get good at opening.......let me take that back.....I'm mostly just trying to even make myself open.....It's new to me.

Oh and a super hot bartender said she was looking for me alnight sat because she wanted to dance we me. My friend that was with me keeps saying I need to hook up with her and I always tell him that I don't think she's interested, she just likes dancing with me.

Last night was a pretty good night. I wore a new shirt that was really nerve wracking for me to wear. Definelty not something i normally wear and kind of wild looking shirt. I guess that peacocking stuff really works.


I'm too afraid to use all the common pua openers so i make all my own up or when I'm on a roll just start the conversation by saying "Hi". I have a paranoia of getting caught using canned material. I've started to read some David DeAngelo stuff and I'm starting to like what he says. I can't imagine myself doing all kinds of routines like I've seen Mehow do on youtube.

Even when things are going well I get nervous and bail.......I guess Rome wasn't built in a day.

When you go to make fun of the girl for dancing and you are getting burned do this. Make fun of the girl and say she would look way better if she did this dance. Then bust out the gayest dance you know. Like the sprinkler, lawn mower, you know those types of dances. I guarantee the women will laugh their ass off and you are in. They will lighten up big time since you don't mind looking like an ass. Now that they are open make sure you keep the convo going. And then start to neg them.

I agree I don't use any of that canned U's C's crap. I do use some of the one liners during banter.

I never make fun of guys. This is just me though. I always compliment the hell outta guys. Even if I think what they are wearing is gay I will tell them their shirt/shoes is/are badass. Tell them they are big pimping with their diamond ring and what team did they win the championship with? Take their hat and try it on. Tell them it's so badass. That's just me though. I compliment guys and never compliment women. Seems to work for some odd reason.

If the girl comes up to you and tells you she wants to dance make her do something first. For example maybe she has to do a ballerina jump before you will dance with her. This way she is jumping through your hoop and complying. Also just for the sake of it please consider that she is hitting you do. And umm yes escalate.

If bartender girl wants to dance make sure you escalate. Otherwise you will end up as being nice dancer guy I know I can go dance with and nothing will happen. You know how women like to dance with their friend. Don't end up being that guy. At the very least make her buy you drinks all night but hey puss is better than drinks so go for that first.

Definately stop opening with do you wanna dance. What you should do is open with whatever build rapport then take her to the dance floor. Obviously you are a badass dancer. Use this to your advantage to escalate on the dance floor. When you take her to the dance floor make sure you lead her. Grab her hand or drape it over your arm. The nice thing about doing it this way is you are leading her to a diff location in the venue.

As far as the new shirt just make sure when you wear whatever shirt you feel super confident. All that matters is how confident you feel. It just oozes outta your skin when you feel good and women pick up on it. Don't leave the house until you feel like a big pimp.

Thanks man. That's good stuff. I don't know what the lawn mower or sprinkler is, but just by the name they sound funny as hell.

Oh and about making fun of guys....I was just talking about making fun of goofy guys in the club...not someone that's standing right there. It's not something I do a lot, it's just something I do sometimes when i can't think of anything else to say because it usually makes them laugh. I used to hate that it made them laugh because I'm not really the type of person that likes to make fun of people, but I know it works with women.
