a) Want to apologize to CJ on behalf on everyone (yes i'm the speaker of the house so sit down and stfu).. some specific words were a bit harsh on you and no one deserves that treatment.. for example.. and I quote "stop acting like a faggot, chill out, and get on wellbutrin.. yaddy yaddy yah".

CJ, you know if you asked someone might give you a ride just to make sure you get out there.. it won't be me ;) But if you posted here and in the event thread for tomorrow night asking for a ride, there's a pretty good chance you might get one. If you're serious about coming out and doing this, that's what you should do. There may also be other people who are sarging Addison not bedford who might give you a ride too -- never know til you ask.

i live in arlington and drive 40 mins to addison/plano to the meet-ups. i drive 30 mins to dallas to sarge with the guys as well. alpha mo drives from denton to the events. playercool came to the bedford meet-up last month. there is no excuse as to why you shouldnt make it out. like JJE said, im sure someone would offer you a ride...to me, you make an effort for the things you want in life; i make an effort to be a part of the community, to grow and learn as a PUA.

maybe you need to sort some things out before youre head is in the right mindset to start meeting women again. its never easy to go through a break-up (not to mention the gravity of an engagment!). so by all means, do what you have to do. all i ask is that if you go on this board seeking help (which most guys are more than willing), you need to make an effort to meet the guys and an effort to become a better PUA. maybe PU is not for you, but you wont know until you come out and actually be a part of the community...

PS: please, no more of this "im out, im back in the game" bs anymore. the skills you learn can be utilized in all aspects of life and you can never really quit the game. sure you can be less active with the boards and may not sleep with a different woman every night, but what you learn still applies. i am currently dating someone right now (with a potential of it becoming a ltr), and guess what...i STILL use the skills i've learned with her and more importantly, i STILL go to the events to get even better! so either youre in or your out.

True, I actually offered him a ride earlier IF I did head out to the meet up(not sure what I am doing actually) since I am in plano, which is right next to carrollton. It is up to you cj.
