Iso Cheese knows his shit when it comes to health and fitness. He's probably the only guy on the board I would trust when it comes to this stuff.

"yeah I once rode the bull at cowboys and sprained my right wrist..........ruined my social life"

that's a good motivation becasue... you can't please urself since u can't use ur right wrist. of course, i am assuming that u r right handed. So u will have to get a girl to please u. Look at it as a great motivation for u to get girls.

I have a list of shoulder exercises I can give you at work.

I had some severe bursitis a few years ago, and found a doctor who was into lifting and triathaloning...so he had better things to do than tell me to get surgery. He gave me a list of post-workout stretches, and suggested not stretching before I lift. He also did "active release technique" to relax some bursitis.

It might go away if you stop lifting for a while, or you might want to see a specialist...but good luck getting a referral for a doctor that won't suggest surgery. I like Dr. Tim St.Onge in Coppell. If there is a soft tissue injury or inflamation, ART may help it go away, it will take much longer if you just stop lifting.
