I have a list of shoulder exercises I can give you at work.
I had some severe bursitis a few years ago, and found a doctor who was into lifting and triathaloning...so he had better things to do than tell me to get surgery. He gave me a list of post-workout stretches, and suggested not stretching before I lift. He also did "active release technique" to relax some bursitis.
It might go away if you stop lifting for a while, or you might want to see a specialist...but good luck getting a referral for a doctor that won't suggest surgery. I like Dr. Tim St.Onge in Coppell. If there is a soft tissue injury or inflamation, ART may help it go away, it will take much longer if you just stop lifting.
