PHP guru needed to help out with this forum

A module needs to be added to stagger the mass e-mail program on this PHPbb forum in order to send out mass e-mails to all the members. One can be probably found at the PHPbb community which offers free support. If you are a PHP guru and would like to help this board, please message me.

What I mean by stagger is to have the emails sent out in batches of 300 per hour as to not exceed the 500 emails per hour set by the hosting company. As you can see we now have over 900 members and growing.

Please include your experience with php. Php is a programming language that came out when I left the high tech field. Never had the chance to learn it.

I vaguely remember having to use it on a project.. I used to travel around building major websites... my last major project was AA.com. LONG TIME AGO... but, sounds like we could be in the same boat. Capable of figuring it out.
