Anyone have a cool house or apartment in addison or dallas for organizing cool house parties?

Any body have a cool place/house that we can use for having a friday evening or saturday/sunday afternoon BBQ cookout?

I got this idea from David D's interview series. basically, I or some of you
will go out to the clubs or other places and get the emails of women. and then send them email of the happy hour and invite them to it.

any body interested and have a nice cool house to do this?

we have a window of opportunity here, this summer. we could organize some pool parties, if the weather seems to co-operate. and maybe we have about a month or 2 of this summer left.

Especially we could have this on weekdays, instead of the weekends. As that is when most of the women don't go out. we can use those days better. maybe Mon-thurs (around 5:30-8:30 pm ish)

I haven't heard anyone volunteer their cool houses/ apartments or anything that has a club house or swimming pool close to their apartment/house.

Come on guys, don't any of you have any cool place for organizing parties?

we could all chip in with a $2-$5 fee for the drinks. and pay for the use of the club house, if need be.

My house isn't cool or sexy. I don't have a pool or anything like that, and it's way up in The Colony. But I wouldn't mind having a party there if there are no other options.

Any cool apartment/house in addison or near lower greenville area. or near the knox/henderson uptown area, would be great.

as people can come in for a happy hour or something. and then, if they chose to, they can go to the bars. and later on, they can come back for an after party, as it is so close!

The key is

1. Cool house or apartment preferably with a pool/ clubhouse (optional)
2. very close to bars/ local hotspots.(important)

we can, not only have the happy hour, we can also have an afterparty. Heard that this is the easiest way to sex! (afterparties!)

I saw this happen at lower greenville this last saturday. As i was walking back to my car, this house on the street close to the lower greenville is packed with a bunch of hot chicks and guys at 12 am.

Let us make this happen! let's have some fun!

If you don't have your house or apartment close to the hotspots, maybe one of your friends has. why not ask around and see! This will get us major quality pussy! I bet your friend(s) wouldn't mind having a party at their place! you can always dangle the hot babes in front of their eyes!

So if we look at 1500 a month for a place in addison with utils and such, 10 guys paying 150 a month will get a party apt. get 20 and it's 75. From here, it's just a matter of setting the clubhouse ground rules like, "this is not a residence, no one can move in here, it's only for social events."
