-Overload. One problem with learning routines, openers, body language, tactics, and M3 model schematics is that your brain can only hold so much information at once.
You have memorized all that stuff so you have it 'in the can' but you're still having to retrieve it from memory and apply it appropriately.
In doing so, you may miss many of the clues and signals that women are sending you.
- Beliefs. They talk about this alot in the community but they never mention that a presupposition of "Game" is that there is resistance.
Others, like Mystery, believe that "the girl doesn't want to know your name." or that they don't want to talk to you.
Game is seen as a process that one learns...like cramming for an exam.
The problem with this belief is that "if you believe you have a hammer, then everything in sight is a nail."
My point is that sometimes there is no resistance. Sometimes girls like you off the bat. And this whole thing of "gaming" girls becomes irrelevant when they like you.
So instead, believe there will be no resistance. And look for girls that you like that exhibit that.
And believe that some girls will like you and that you won't need game for them.
- The Great Unknown. Consider that if you have not had sex in a while, or you are a virgin, or if you've only had sex a few times; then the whole thing is like the great unknown to you.
Most of us fear the unknown. I've never driven in New York City or L.A. and it scares me to think of that.
So building up sex as this great thing that only the PUA gurus can have and having a girlfriend as a coveted award....as we do here in the community is silly.
What guys lack is not a systematic procedure for getting girls but real world experience with females.
For the guys who have already been around the block, a systematic thing is ok. However, the idea of going from zero to hero overnight is about as sane as a Transformational Weekend with Tony Robbins. I love him too
Just sayin'.
Getting real experience with women on a real world level- either dating, speed dating, coworkers, students, etc. is the way to go.
What if you don't get laid? Well there are some women of negotiable affection around town.
- Hiding. This is the same as ego defense mechanisms. Hiding is basically hiding behind routines, hiding in groups of guys going out, talking about game in venues. Hiding is defending your ego so it won't hurt so bad when you actually have to talk to a woman.
Other examples include drinking too much, smoking, talking to guys more, dressing up to be someone you're not, inventing a fake name or nickname (so its not you), hiding from family/friends in your secret lifestyle, hiding behind someone else's method (its not yours), seeing shit tests everywhere, being too picky about girls to talk to (oh she' not a 10), etc.
Wherever you are hiding, you need to bring it out into the light of day.
Its ego defense, get it? Its your psyche's way of defending yourself against being wrong or being hurt.
We could call it butt hurt defense.
- Fanboy Syndrome.
Some people collect Pickup junk for their collections. Stop it. Its a waste of your time. Also if you don't use what you know, what good is it?
You need simpler, more useful ideas to get girls. Not work through 27 dvd's of Owen Cook. Ok?

-Consumerism. Some guys believe they have to BUY whatever it is to be cool, successful, loved. Not really.
- Cult thinking. There are some very smart marketers out there that catch men when they are vulnerable to train them to become RSD Zombies.
They try and blame this stuff on bath salts. But one zombie actually ate the face off a homeless guy!
