I was digging in a old hard drive from a computer I had about 4 years ago and found this.. and a whole bunch of other pick-up related writings, i thought it was interesting to see what all has changed, or lead to my change, from back when I first got into this:

These “high school games” were simply games that were played because kids were bored and needed stimulus. Adult hood games are played due to survival of the fittest, amongst other things.

I disagree with this statement. Men, and women, we are nothing more than animals, and like most animals, during childhood (highschool) we are supposed to be playing social games to learn how to be social, dominant, well rounded men. Much like bear cubs might wrestle around, etc.. to learn survival skills. The sad fact of the matter is that most of us on this forum were taught the wrong social lessons during this time in our life. The message of hope is that we were able to recognize our short comings and relearn the skillset

I think there is merit to this Finesse...with a caveat/caution. Here's the part I agree with... Some skills, when learned at a young age, just soak in much better. It's much easier to learn a language, for example, for a child than it is for an adult. Why should social skills be any different? I think if you really dug in to it, you'd find that you're on to something.

On the other hand, you all would do well to remember that EVERYONE remembers high school as being a tough time. None of us knew what the hell we were doing, everyone was self-conscious and awkward.

In high school, I was one of the "popular" kids - I hung out with all the other popular kids and ate at the "cool" table and all that nonsense. I had my first girlfriend, in the biblical sense, when I was 15. I still felt "weird" and "awkward." I was always worried I wasn't good enough, that my style wasn't right, etc etc. That's normal for everyone at that age.



IMO an "alpha" male is basically a MATURE MAN. It means you've learned all the lessons and gone thru the knocks. The younger the man, the easier he is to AMOG/tool. It's very hard to tool a guy in his 30's or 40's.

Definitely true. This happened to me last night. I was talking to a chicka when a dude came up to the two of us and asked to bum a cigarette. She hooked him up and then he proceeded to stay and chat us up.

At first, I thought to myself, what a fucking dick. He rolled up to me and my girl and has the gaul to try to steal her from me. I was pretty fucking pissed. Then, I calmed the fuck down and decided I would fuck around with him a little bit using the girl as a conspirator.

We told him that she and I had known each other for 8 years, that we live together, that we used to be an item but now we only just fuck (and that we pretty much fuck all the time), I told him that she and I had just had a quickie in the bathroom ten minutes ago, we said we met in juvenille hall, etc.

I crafted this reality and pulled her in. She complied. He got uncomfortable. So he complied with OUR new reality. Then, he finally fessed up to being gay. Once he did that we all calmed down and enjoyed a very nice, fun, civil conversation.

A few years ago this would not have happened. He would have rattled the fuck out of me and I would have gone blank.

Last night, I was at dinner with a few of the guys from the boards and we all were talking about the fact that we're getting old. That this is why we don't really party in the bars like we did say 2-3 years ago. But, I don't think that's what it is at all. I think we're just a little bit above it. We don't get stupid drunk in bars and hit on every fucking thing that walks by. Instead, we get a little buzzed then snipe off those girls that we like, that we are fairly confident will be receptive, and that provide us with a solid opportunity to open her. We've become more strategic and much, much smarter with our Game.

The first girl I ever fucked was 22, I was 16. Fast foward 15 years and I'm still fucking 22 year olds. Getting older, as a man, is a good thing. It's an asset as long as you take care of yourself and don't try to be a young douchebag. Act your fucking age. If you do that, women won't give two fucks how old you are.

A 35 year old MAN will beat a 25 year old BOY every day of the week.
