Anything goes
I didn't want to make a new thread just for this, so I'll ask this here.

Will it work if I got some free weights (barbells, maybe a dumbell) off of craigslist or a used fitness shop? That way I could work out and just life weights at home, and save the $30 a month on gym fees.
How much self discipline do you have? If it is low then you will likely not use the weights at your house. I used to think it was possible to do this and I would half ass it. Ohh the couch is right there I will just sit down and watch tv until the commercial. Bam workout over.

I tried the P90X and I will say if you stick with that and do the whole thing you will see gains. The workout is crazy though and you get a little unmotivated when you can't hang with the guys on the TV. I half assed this again just like I said. Ohhh a chair I will sit for a minute. When do you ever sit at the gym?

The gym is where its at. You have the biggest variety of workouts and machines to use. You will never be stuck doing the same ole boring workout. When you make it to the gym you get pissed if you don't use the time there. You get mad that you drove all the way there to only work out half assed. So it is much more motivating to work out harder.

$30 for the gym is one of the best investments you'll ever make in your life. That's a dollar a day. That's a bottle of booze. Bite the bullet and sign up for a gym that has proper facilities, you'll probably outgrow those dumb bells a lot faster than you think.

My good friend found this sitting in his closet. His ex girlfriend bought it and p90x and never touched them. He asked me if I wanted them cause he knows I workout, then was like "I know that fat bitch never touched em.... Seriousely how can you do so much coke and gain weight"

Annyways, if one of you guys wants to try it hit me up. I'll burn you a copy of the dvds. I want to try the abb workout disc. It looks pretty intense.

Good luck if you do this workout.

I've heard from multiple people (most were in pretty good shape) that it is an incredibly intense workout. Definitely not forthe faint of heart...

When I lived w/ PP, I downloaded P90x for us, and we did it for like 45 days. When you read the info, it talks about not 'pushing too hard' to do as many reps as they do in the vids. Do what you can...you'll catch up eventually.

the worst of them all is the yoga. I hurt in places I didn't know could hurt after the 2nd week.
