DUDE!!! I love this guy and have been reading his blog pretty much non-stop in my spare time (and at the office when I should be working) over the last couple of weeks.
He's really opened up my eyes well beyond what I thought possible. The best part about it is that I've always FELT like this but thought I was wrong because society said I was mean, cruel, or brutish to hold the beliefs that I do.
Actually, this article came to mind when I was watching The Biggest Loser.
