When I first got into the Community, I truly thought that I was creating all of this amazing attraction through the use of our tactics and routines and gambits and whatever. But, today I think totally differerntly. I think what the Community really does is just allow you to be social without coming off as awkward. It really teaches you to be comfortable with yourself and in your ability to interact with men and women.
I think picking up a girl is really as simple as approach, be fun, be interesting, be confident, but don't come on to her. Just be. If a girl likes you, they'll let you know...albeit it in a sutble manner. The important things are to understand when they're giving you the signs and then taking over the interaction from there.
If you find yourself chasing a girl it's because she's really not all that into you and probably never gave you any signs to begin with, or very lukewarm signs. But, being persistent does work, it definitely works. A girl, being chased, very likely will simply break down and say 'yes' one day just because they're tired of saying 'no.'
So, the reason why relationships are better with a girl that showed some aggressiveness towards you is because they actually WANT you around. The girls that you chase after don't really want you around, they simply tolerate your presence.
Pick up is a total numbers game and, in spirit, is incredibly simple. Approach and talk to as many women as possible, be confident and engaging during the interaction, have some value to offer her (other than your beautiful schlong), recognize the indicators of interest (wait for the green light), and then take the lead.
