Personally if I didn't have any money AND I wasn't having any fun my #1 concern would be to find a way to make some money so I could go have fun. Or at the very least have something to do. If you currently aren't working then I would begin by looking for a job. If you are working and not making enough I would begin looking for a 2nd job.

Hitting on Hookers on Harry Hines is a favorite past time of ours.

One night we hit up about 15 massage parlors trying to see what we could get for free and if we could talk our way to the backroom. Some found us highly entertaining, others thought we were a pain in the ass and showed us the door immediately. But it was sure a good time and we didn't spend a dime except for a little gas money.

I like to go find a random rocky area and climb it. Climb basically any object that looks difficult. I haven't gotten hurt so it has been basically free so far.

Make a slip and slide out of plastic and some oil.

Volunteer work (tons of very cool chicks to meet here and every once in awhile.. inmates!)

Explore! walk random places and see what you can find.

Fuck! it's free-condom and a great way to pass the time. Just don't make any little ones cuz those fuckers expensive. Btw fertility clinics give out free condoms pretty often.
