Also, and this is the best tactic in my opinion, is to make up some outrageous story or adventure that you're going to take her on. For instance, ask her if she wants to runaway with you to travel the country working as a carnie. Then, just make shit up. It doesn't have to be real in order to talk about it.

Haha, so true. Storytelling is like crack for chicks. You could almost call it...CHICK CRACK???
Another thing I like to do is use the "Question into Statement" trick.
It's pretty simple actually, you just need to change your train of thought.
Basically as soon as your mind goes "blank," we go into a kind of interview mode with a
huge ass list of non-coloquial BORING ass questions, I know, its tragic :-/
All you have to do is change whatever question you are thinking at the
moment...into a statement makin some inquiry on them.
An example would be
"What do you do?" A pretty boring question if asked carte blanche; however,
if we changed it into a statement such as:
"You know what? You look like you're a law student."
She'll respond intuitively by being put on the spot like this with either
"why is that" or something of the like. Simply state your case
"Yea, you got that whole inquiring look on your face, like your trying to size me up, and you got that
those big black boots on, you look like you mean business." (Be playful when saying this, remember, VIBE is key)
The beauty of this is that you could be completely wrong, but they DONT CARE
You provided a fun conversation and put them playfully on the spot (little neg theory in action)
All women care about is that your FUN not politically correct.
This is a great way to help you practicing your improve skills and get your creative juices flowing.
And even better, it's a great way to NEVER run out of things to say. :)
Let me know how it goes,
