I prefer tailored blazors with patterns and embroidery on them.

There is a place over on Preston & LBJ, on the south side, that is nothing but re-sale high dollar stuff. If you want to go somewhere and get big name fashion designer stuff, cheap, that's where you go. It's basically the Salvation Army for Highland Park. If I could remember the name, I'd tell you, but just go that direction, turn into the big shopping center that has the Chili's and you'll see it closer to the corner. Maybe ReThreads?

I dunno. Love that place, though.

Someone already said it, but Express Men is a good place. I got a black velvet blazer there for $20 that had been marked down from $200! The girls can't kep their hands off it! But, most everything has to go to a tailor. But, it shouldn't cost more than $20 to have it fitted.

i went to rethreads today

the bad news: it did not meet my expectations in terms of price or quality of merchandise, their website lead me to believe they carried all designer shit and nothing else, but i saw some cheap stuff, like arizona brand jeans... its worth a stop because random finds can be found but they are asking too much for what they have in most cases... you might be able to talk them down a bit but i didnt try since i was in a rush

the good news: this is definately a place where you can bring the clothes you dont use, from the looks of it they will take anything that has any brand name you have heard of, not sure what they pay for it but i wish i knew about this place before i dontated a few trash bags full of clothes to goodwill
