Help! Sticking point:Day 2's

I've been having a problem setting up day 2's. It's been bugging me. It feels like I'm so close to a breakthrough, but I'm not there yet.
Nearly every night I sarge, I can get isolation with at least 1 girl, and get contact info, but I dont get anywhere with it. I've also set up a specific time and place for a day 2, and the girl flakes on me.

My usual structure in these situations goes:
open group
talk with the group for a bit
I neg in probably 75% of sets
try to isolate
if isolated, then
fluff some
run cube and esp test
time constraint with a number close


I've been thinking of putting in a SOI, and /or qualifying after the cube.
Maybe a kiss close? I dont know.
Any ideas would be welcome.

I'm not very good with day2s, partly because I don't have activities to invite a girl to do with me. But I think standard doctrine recommends:

1. seed (mention) the activity early, but don't invite her yet
2. eventually, after you've qualified her and you "realize" that she might be cool to hang out with, invite her along to your activity
3. if she agrees, then you'll get a number automatically for logistical purposes of meeting for the activity. In other words, you're not getting her number so you can call later and try to ask her out.
4. stick around after you get her number. if you eject when you get her number, it gives the impression that the number was the objective and once you've achieved your mission, you're done.

I get stuck on step one without some future activity to suggest. I need to start doing cool stuff besides sarging. Going out to a bar with friends is probably not something you can get a girl excited about for a time bridge, but if you've got a number, it's a relatively low-pressure invitation. If you've got solid rapport, you can pick her up from home. If you don't have much rapport, meet her at the venue.

Maybe day game might be a help. If your sarging in a mall, an instant date is very easy. Unless the girl is super in a hurry, then shes probably off that day, or has the time. Besides, in a mall, theres never food far away. Or, you could put her in the role of image consultant, and have her pick out stuff that looks good on you. Even if you get nowhere, you still got some female approved cool clothes.

You had a good point Vector. I usually run out of cool routines after the cube. That might be the biggest reason I close. I dont want to stale the set. If I get far enough into the set, I should transition to qualifying (A3?). Then, depending on her answers, I could phase shift, and start hitting on her. My problem might be is that I dont telegraph and specific sexual interist, until the number close. Maybe an SOI after qualifying, might work wonders.
Bset, thanks for the ideas, those are some things that would be cool.

What has worked for you guys in the past? In the past,(AFC days) things have worked for me, but I had no specific freamework to work with.

I'm still more than open to any ideas or suggestions.

fenix, im like you .... I dont have a specific framed set to work with... alot of time I just wing it, which sometimes gets me nowhere. I need to develope key things to do and stick to them,

I have the same problem. I asked my friend (who turns out to be a pretty big PUA I found out. Mystery actually gave him credit for kino fracionation. Who knew?), and he said I wasn't hitting the attraction switches enough.

She likes you fine and you were fun to talk to. But you didn't stick in her memory, leaving her wanting more. All you have to do is hit more attraction switches. This doesn't mean spend more time in A2, just hit it harder.

In A2, not in comfort, make sure you get in:
1. Cold reads. The cube is great for comfort, but don't forget to say little things like, "you look like too much of a bad (or good) girl for me."
2. Misinterpretation. Create the impression that she is chasing you. If nothing else, just say, "are you trying to seduce me?"
3. Role playing. Play like you're already a couple. "Will you marry me?" "That's it, we're broken up." "That's why we can't have nice things." "You can be the angel on my shoulder. Do you have an evil twin?" (Hey, I just made that up. I like it.) "You can be a sexy nurse and I'll be a hunky fireman."
4. Storytelling. I'm not very good at storytelling, but it is one of the main attraction categories.
